What You'll Do:

  • Talent Scout Extraordinaire: Search high and low, from the local coffee shop to online job boards, to find the next generation of superstar drivers.
  • Engagement Guru: Build and nurture relationships with potential drivers, making them feel like they're already part of our team before they even sign on the dotted line.
  • Matchmaker Magic: Pair the right drivers with the right opportunities, ensuring a perfect fit for both our team and our future stars.
  • Interview Maestro: Conduct engaging and insightful interviews over the phone that showcase our company culture and make candidates eager to join us.
  • Onboarding Wizard: Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, making their transition into our company smooth and exciting.
